We work closely with third parties, including other authorized companies of the Yamaha Motor group, carefully selected professional partners, subcontractors who may provide information about you.
Hyper Luxury Yachting L.L.C does not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your Personal Data to third parties unless Hyper Luxury Yachting L.L.C needs it to provide the services for which your information was communicated. We may share your Personal Data with any member of your group and authorized third parties working on behalf of Hyper Luxury Yachting L.L.C. However, we will not use or share your Personal Data for purposes that we have not previously communicated to you. Hyper Yachting branches and affiliates and any other third parties may process on behalf of Hyper Luxury Yachting L.L.C with whom it enters into appropriate contracts to ensure compliance with applicable personal data protection laws. If you use this option, we will process your name and email address, as well as an account identifier linked to your social media profile, to validate and authenticate your Account and credentials, automatically complete your account details, and allow you to use all the features of our Sites. You can delete your account on our Site at any time, or revoke this authorization through your profile on your social media provider’s website. You can find more information about the privacy settings of your social media profile and how to revoke your authorization on your social media provider’s website if you use Facebook, and if you use Google+. Please note that if you use your social media profile, the provider will also process your Personal Data, including information about your access to our websites and/or apps. We have no control over the processing of your Personal Data by this third-party social media provider, and we cannot be held responsible.
Hyper Luxury Yachting L.L.C uses commonly used technologies to protect your Personal Data from any unauthorized use. Only authorized personnel can access your data. If Hyper Yachting partners were to conduct all or part of online surveys for Hyper Luxury Yachting L.L.C, the latter undertakes to conclude an agreement with these partners so that they treat your Personal Data with the same rigorous level of confidentiality. The storage and transfer of your data over the Internet are protected by current and commonly used technology.
